I would start in the end , I got killed .
I don't even remember when was the last time I got KIA .
Technically it was Robo who shredded my ass to bits , but I think most of all it was my own stupidity ... but more on that later .
I missed the campaigns , The sent of burned diesel in the air , the raring sound of my Dimler Benz , mein Komeradens .
Orders came out late , and no one from my organic Scwarm was around .
Still when Staffelkapitän Atreidis asked for Schwarm leaders , I stepped up .
I was assigned to Swarm 3 , with StaryMark and Wolf , a new wonderful addition to the mighty 5th .
It was a long flight , which I absolutely adore , as we passed the Isl of White , the bomber formation we were covering changed course and headed for its intended target .
The only event worth mentioning until that point is that Wolf identified 2 Hurricanes tailing the bombers but not engaging .
I reported the incident to Staffelkapitän Atreidis .turned brown .
The first one hit was Stary , He got jumped and suffered a direct hit to the radiator .
He informed me that he is heading back , but I think we both knew that his bird will not make it all the way home .
Wolf stuck with me as I turned into the closest Indianer that was stalking the by now severely beaten first wave .
I got into his 6 , closing slowly , It was magical , Adrenalin pumping , still , I kipped a clear enough head and sprayed all weapons into him .
He was obviously not expecting that , He attempted an abrupt evasive maneuver , which was both too late and only only got him spinning all the way down .
I suddenly dawned on me , that unlike previous kills , I have Wolf with me (bless his sol ) .
It was my first ever Campaign Confirmed Kill .
An instance of pure joy .
It all went to shits from there .
Wolf broke away as he was targeted by a Spit , and I was stranded alone , and suddenly there was someone at my 6 .
I performed an effective Split S and extended away (losing about 2.5 K in the process ) .
I could hear Stary over the wireless informing me what we already knew , His engine gave up .
Luckily , by then he was over friendly waters swarming with out U-Boats .
Desperately , I attempted to coordinate a rendezvous with Wolf , but in vane .
Suddenly I spotted a contact .
I closed in on him , from a distance I hoped it would be Wolf .
As I closed in , I understood I was following a Tommi .
He was flying straight and level and appeared as if he did not spot me .
I should have broken away , I should have resisted myself , I should have known he was just a decoy ...
I didn't .
I closed in closer and closer , patting the trigger with my finger .. and then it happened .
Explosions tore the silence , and my mouth was filled with blood .
I managed to break and even to eject the canopy .
And everything became dark ....
And for a second there , I think I could see Robo smiling .

While escorting first wave of bombers out I engaged one hurricane just north of Southampton at 6km he took a few hits from me, he then became the hunter so I dived away to the south. about 10 mins later I saw a Spitfire at 6.5km just south of Southampton it was very difficult he was mostly on my six I brought him and another plane down with me to 500 meters over isle of Wight where I got hit bad and had to bail.

Took off from Theville leading schwarm 2 with Badger, Snowwolf , and Villiers…Obermann had computer problems and could not catch up. Snowwolf and Villiers also had problems and had to RTB leaving me and Badger. I mucked up the takeoff by putting in touch much right rudder and caused a delay but we all got up. Apologies. Team speak issues put us all on schwarm 1 s frequency which made comm difficult. Flew bomber cover with Badger. Got into a fight with the first wave and put some rounds into a Hurricane. Got separated from Badger and rejoined a bomber squadron exiting England which was jumped by Hurricanes and Spitfires. Beat crap out of a Hurricane attacking the bombers….Hurricane later went down and got game credit but no witness. Ensuing dogfight with Spitfires I got a radiator hit and engine gave up short time later. Could have made it into channel but not very far so bailed out over a Nunnery and was captured by a bunch of hot Nuns asking me to “spank them”. So far life as a POW is pretty good.

I was assigned to Schwarm 3 Of 5/.JG26 along with Lee as Schwarmfuhrer and Starymruk as Katschmarek

We were tasked to defend the bombers at all cost we formed up located the bombers and escorted them all the way over the isle of wight and inland they made the bomb run and we sighted no enemy contacts. we escorted the bombers back, thats when hurricanes dove in on our six some getting hits on me but i had took no critical damage and Starymruk got his radiator shot to bits and had to havana[rtb].Then they went for the bombers me and lee were the only 109s in the area at the time and with his skill he got good hits on one of them who spiraled to his death. and i managed to get some good hits with the 20mm's on two of them i cant confirm they went in at all. unfortunately it looked as if most of the bombers were lost as did Schwarmfuhrer Lee he shouted in the radio "ive been hit the fuckers shot me in through the canopy look after my girl for me" then it went silent. I had 150 liters left and i was on my own so i made the decision to return to base.

The start went well, we quickly gathered us together in our group.
The flight up to the English coast, was uneventful. As we approached the Isle of Wight I lagsipicks and lost contact with my group for a while, but we found each other again. :( :)
We got kontackt with Tommy over the Isle of Wight, I tried to come in behind a Hurri, but he turned me out. He came back in my sixth and microfiche in a few hits. My engine started to burn, so I had to leave my beloved 109. I landed on the north of the Isle of Wight, unharmed (puu :P ). Since I managed to escape on foot towards the north side of the Isle of Wight, where I was picked up by a brave submarine.
After three days, I came back to my division, where we celebrated with schnapps and beer in gigantic quantities (I'm still have a hangover  ).
Its ends good.

Over and out

I took off a few minutes later than the rest of 4. Staffel due to a connection problem (this literally happens once every few months - absolutely terrible timing).
After about 5 minutes of downtime, I was able to continue the mission. I took off without incident and headed north across the channel toward the Isle of Wight, the last known location of my brave kameraden. I crossed over onto the English mainland around Southampton, and I spotted a large formation off to my 1 o clock, which I I thought must have been our bomber formation. I lost my bearing, and went into a slight dive while zooming in on the formation and marveling at its size. At that point I also didn't realize my prop pitch was in the process of moving back toward noon (on the dial - increasing the pitch?). I did notice the sound of the engine rpms increase, and I reduced throttle but it wasn't enough. It was at that moment I realized I would have to return home without having the honor of being able to fire a single shot at the Englanders. I made it back to Theville, with my aircraft shaking terribly, and attempted the landing but crash landed just short of the runway. Hopefully I'll have better luck on the next mission, that is if I'm able to convince Herr Reinhart to allow me to fly again!

Also, as a side note. My next AAR will be done sooner after the flight. My apologies.

After a hectic takeoff and confusing re-group of our schwarm, we met up with the bombers to make our way to Britain. No RAF in sight until well after the bombs were dropped. The Gruppenkommandeur ordered us to break off from the first wave and protect the second wave. When we were half way between them, the first wave was attacked and pretty much destroyed. Chumleigh and I stuck together and scored hits on 2 hurricanes, each making one pass per hurricane. We got separated for a few minutes as I was engaged by a Spitfire that I was able to outrun and get behind, scoring some more hits. Moments later I had almost exactly the same encounter with another hurricane. None of them were damaged enough to go down. At this point, we were ordered to RTB. While scanning one area of the sky, an unidentified RAF plane ripped me open and turned my bird into a flying piece of swiss cheese. I had no option but to dive away, close my radiators, set my propeller to full coarse, and kill the engine. At 4500 meters just off the coast of Britain, I had my work cut out for me. I was nervous that I wouldn't make it home to see the rest of my crew and enjoy pints of Marzen with them this autumn. After a grueling descent, I jettisoned my canopy and splashed down within range of friendly rescue patrols. I live to fight another day, but whether the Reich will issue me another aircraft is yet to be seen.........
