Have been trying out H1 FWD in Australia a bit. Going uphill over rough terrain in such low powered cars is testing my patience.
My wannabe flyboy copilot is however still super optimistic. “Big jump” – Yeah sure buddy we better warn local air traffic with how high we are going to be flying here!

Also trying out an overlay, to show inputs as I feel the Spain video looked way calmer and more in control than reality without direct indication of steering and pedal work.
I am using this tool, which can run full of lights, colours, and distractions like this clip, or in a basic mode where only inputs are shown.

I haven't even rigged the wheel up yet but the overlay looks good.

Its all a matter of perspective. If you're tiny that might be a big jump.

That said Finland might be funny with these cars :D

Seems that we have joked enough about the tiny pilots that they have now started writing the jokes for us :D

I saw some of you writing about doing the stages Saturday evening. I think I can be there to watch/listen in, but wont be able to drive myself before Sunday.

Also remember to treat your mechanics well. I am sure we are going to give them plenty of work Down Under!

Staring the coordination for the banter rally. I'll be lurking in channel about 2pm (gmt-3) on Saturday for the stages. I believe that would be 6 pm for the UK guys ( idk who's in summer time)

I'll be on similar time I think.

These stages are painful in these cars, find myself making mistakes because I'm pushing so hard for it to feel fast 😂.

Instructions unclear, fell off a cliff while going smooth fast XD

Hopefully I won't lose my tyre again...
