Attention Captains.

I got the impression from reading here in this part of the forum and as well from my multiplayer session with Bubi, that most of you haven't played with manual TDC, Real Navigation, attack ploting and attack disks, etc.

How many of you would be interested in learning this stuff?

I don't know how many of you have seen my first vidoe on Real Navigation and the Harbour Pilot. I would continue to post some videos and it would be nice to know if you want to see something special and on what level I should start.

Another possibility would be to get online and do it during multiplayer missions; or try to find out if that's possible.

Basically, I'm happy to help. So just speak up.

Im all in for OJT (on the job training) and a best video and documents thread here. What bothers me about Subsim, is not that it isn't a wealth of knowledge and files, but that it's organized like a bunch of drunken sailors. Some links try to be one stop shopping mother of all threads; but it becomes a blizzard from which one cannot navigate.

Can you provide some guidance as to which videos are needed in some reasonable order? Just a few for starters mind you. One must walk before one runs.

I looked through a bunch of them, will make a list soon... But am thinking as well of doing my own series. But that takes some time.
In addition we can meet with a turkey shoot mission on multiplayer, even with Vanilla; or everyone in singleplayer on a pre-maid mission, or whatever. And I'll try to explain you some things. Let's get together and have a talk about that via TS.

I can do manual targeting just fine it's what I find fun about the game but I would like to learn real navigation

I would love to do it when I get home again. I knew how to do manual targeting in SH4, I was not the best at it. But I would like to learn it.
