Disclaimer: I did NOT create the Template but just adapted the Original.

I made this Template because the Original one doesn't seem readly available anymore and
there are a lot of guys out there who want it.

I have taken the Original ED Template and simplified it by
making the Layers more user freindly.

The Template is in PSD format which can also be used with Gimp.
