For comparison, I superimposed the speed and climb graphs for each aeroplane on one another. These are historical charts so DCS flight models may be slightly different (engine ratings are matching though).
Note that the Bf 109K-4 performance is purely calculated so take it with a grain of salt (most likely optimistic).
I am unsure of the context of the Fw 190D-9's source.
The Spitfire's airframe was originally a Mk V and was half a year old without combat history when the tests were done.
The P-51D's airframe was a year old when the tests were carried out and most likely saw combat in late 44/early 45.
