Teamspeak's fucked

Post by LuftAsher » Mon May 06, 2019 5:01 pm

Myself and several others have been experiencing weird instances of high rates of packet loss (incoming and outgoing, though not necessarily both at the same time) that isn't happening on other servers. Kildren was getting booted off of TS repeatedly during campaign which is sub-optimal.

Can we please look into this and see what the deal is?

So you're telling me you're (aussies) having packet loss issues using teamspeak, living on an overblown, backwater, post british gulag island where everything that doesn't stand on two legs tries to eat you kinda packet loss thing? Even Antarctica wants no part of you. Where data drowns on it's way halfway there and back or is simply crushed by depth compression? We know more about the moon than your backyard deep kinda thing? Check you cable box for a huntsman lately?

Seriously though, how much is "much"? This is surprisingly the first time I've heard this mentioned. If it's server sided I'd be glad to hear impressions from people that don't need a water pump "out back". :nice:

Like 30-50% packet loss that comes and goes quite suddenly, and doesn't happen on other servers. It's a recent problem that only started happening in the last couple of days. I'm not certain it's unique to us Australians either.

Are you sure it wasn’t just the server finally had enough after all these years?

I fail to see the problem here.
