Well that was unexpected :o

I must go up to the skies again, to the peace of silent flight, To the gull’s way, and the hawk’s way, and the free wings’ delight;
And all I ask is a friendly joke with a laughing fellow rover, And a large beer, and a deep sleep, when the long flight’s over.

Just hoping now that the flight models are good, and that Microsoft allow 3rd party add on developers in. If so it'll be a winner!

I'm slightly concerned by the XBox logo. Will it be turned down in complexity to open it up for console players?

No, it seems they are still saying it's "for pc"

You can buy an Xbox game pass subscription on pc, it's just part of the MS entertainment arm. They do say it's "azure powered" though which makes me wonder what that's all about..

It's more a case of is this another Microsoft Flight situation? Where arcadey flight models take precedent and Microsoft force third party developers to sell their products through the Microsoft store; which will be a big no no for the likes of PMDG. We'll see but for now I am hopeful!

Some more info:

- Native 4K Resolution Support
- Full world available at launch
- Confirmed for PC Windows 10
- The sim will feature a range of aircraft including wide bodies and light aircraft. - - Seen in the trailer were:
- Socata-Daher TBM900
- Boeing 737 (700 or 800 or 900 series)
- Airbus A320NEO
- Icon A5
- Piper PA28 (possibly from internal view)
- Diamond DA42 or DA62
- Carbon Cub (Tundra Tyres)
- Cessna Caravan 208
- Mudry CAP10

Xbox logo means that the game will be available through the Xbox store. All Windows PCs have it installed by default.

All Microsoft games come with the Xbox logo nowadays. It dates back to like Fable II.

That looks amazing!

It does. Did you notice the moving shadowing on the mountains in second scene? It's the little things...
